We are seeking a driven and people-focused Apprentice & Employment Consultant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will manage a diverse caseload of apprentices and trainees, guiding them from commencement through to successful completion, while also contributing to business growth and building strong client relationships. A trade background is highly regarded, but not essential. What's on Offer Company vehicle, phone, and laptop Flexible working arrangements (on the road and office-based) Competitive remuneration package Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the apprenticeship sector Key Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and support apprentices and trainees throughout their lifecycle Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities Promote Australian Apprenticeships across your region Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Source, screen, and assess candidates to meet client workforce needs Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment and training outcomes About You Proven experience in sales or business development, with strong relationship-building skills Exceptional communication and presentation abilities Understanding of employment and training needs (apprenticeship mentoring experience highly regarded) Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach A trade background (Highly desireable) Requirements Current WA Driver's Licence Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months) Full working rights in Australia Ready to take the next step?
