We are seeking a Senior Product Specialist, Ancillary to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Manager, Flight Products - Design & Delivery, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance and delivery of key ancillary products across the customer journey, from offer and sale through to servicing and fulfilment.

Working within the Ancillary stream, you will lead cross-functional delivery of product initiatives, partnering closely with Digital, Technology, Revenue Management, Operations and Customer Care to drive measurable commercial and customer outcomes.

As Senior Product Specialist, Ancillary, your focus will include:

• Owning product performance across revenue, margin, conversion, attach rates and customer outcomes, and identifying opportunities to improve results
• Leading end-to-end product lifecycle delivery across sell, service and fulfilment to ensure operational success
• Driving cross-functional delivery of initiatives from requirements through to launch and post-launch performance tracking
• Partnering with Operations and Customer Care to reduce customer friction and improve fulfilment outcomes
• Managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment to deliver initiatives on time and to expectation
• Building strong relationships across Commercial, Digital, Technology, Finance and Operations teams to enable effective decision-making
• Supporting a test-and-learn environment, contributing to pricing, offer and merchandising optimisation over time

About You
We're searching for someone who:

• Brings experience in product, digital or commercial roles delivering measurable outcomes
• Has demonstrated experience leading initiatives end-to-end in cross-functional environments
• Is commercially minded with strong analytical capability and confidence working with data
• Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
• Is curious and motivated to build capability in pricing, experimentation and optimisation
• Thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
