What you will do?

• Develop and lead innovative pastry and dessert concepts aligned with current trends and guest expectations
• Oversee high-volume pastry production, ensuring precision, consistency, and quality across all offerings
• Manage event and non-event pastry operations across multiple outlets, delivering diverse and elevated dessert experiences
• Maintain exceptional standards of pastry presentation, craftsmanship, and food safety at scale
• Support control of food costs, inventory, and budget performance within the pastry department
• Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing pastry team, fostering creativity, capability, and a strong kitchen culture

More about you

• A successful track record managing a large-scale pastry kitchen operation
• A passion for pastry and creative flair, experience in 'showpiece' will be highly regarded
• Proven ability in leading, developing, and motivating a large and diverse kitchen team
• Commercially astute and experienced in delivering positive business outcomes
• Appropriate culinary qualifications
