Hamilton Island is seeking a dedicated and reliable Resort Attendant to join our professional team. As part of our valued Public area cleaning department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our island remains pristine and welcoming for every guest.

Your Role

As a Resort Attendant, you'll be the unsung hero of guest experience - maintaining impeccable cleanliness across public spaces including resort pathways, pool decks, restaurants, lobbies, and public restrooms.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure all public areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Work across a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces - restaurants, hotels, resort pools, beaches, and offices.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Adapt to a flexible roster that aligns with operational needs and guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

You're a proactive, hardworking individual with an eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness. You thrive in a physically active role and take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming environments for others.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• A current and valid driver's licence (Essential - NAATI translation required if overseas).
• QLD RSA (Essential)
• Previous experience in cleaning or manual labour roles.
• Strong attention to detail and a tidy, professional approach to your work.
• Good physical fitness - this is an active role in tropical conditions.
• A friendly attitude and team-player mindset, with a flexible approach to rostering.
