Our Roles Store Manager: Leads our people, store performance, and strategy to deliver a high-performing guest first experience. Assistant Manager, Guest Experience: Leads and develops the team to create exceptional in-store experiences. Assistant Manager, Operations: Oversees store operations to ensure efficiency across labour, scheduling, inventory and processes. Guest Experience Lead: Inspires team to deliver amazing guest experiences and drive daily sales performance. Product Operations Lead: Supports inventory and product processes to keep the store organised and stocked. Community Specialist: Builds local partnerships and drives community engagement within and outside our retail store. Visual Merchandising Specialist: Brings the store to life through impactful product presentation and visual execution. Educator: Delivers exceptional product education and guest first experiences and support across the entire store.
