This is handson, practical work with consistent hours to ensure we deliver homes to our residents on time and to the highest standard. About the role Assisting trades with carpentry and general construction tasks Using hand and power tools as required Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site Supporting the team to deliver highquality homes on schedule What we're looking for Previous carpentry, construction or carpentry labouring experience Strong work ethic and reliability Physically fit and comfortable with manual work White Card, driver's licence, and own transport Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in Cert III Carpentry (preferred but not essential) What's on offer Aboveaward hourly rates + overtime opportunities Weekly pay Casual role with the ability to move into full-time Supportive site team and professional environment About Us We're a fast-growing, dynamic company with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.
