About the role: We'relooking for aManager- Operating Model Design & Deliverytolead enterprise-wide operating model design and delivery across functions, value streams,servicesand capabilities, while stewarding the enterprise process architecture. Reporting to the Head of Operating Model and Change Enablement, you will lead the design and evolution of the organisation's operating model - spanning structures, roles, capabilities,processesand governance.You'llwork at the intersection of strategy,peopleand transformation, partnering with senior leaders to design future-fit organisational models and ensure effective implementation and embedment This is a strategic and hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys solving complex organisational challenges and delivering tangible business outcomes. What the role will involve: Operating model design &delivery Translate strategy into clear operating model components including value streams, capabilities,governanceand processes Lead the design of organisational structures, roles and spans/layersrequiredto transition to new operating models -ensuring rigorous designandalignment to operating model principles Develop and govern organisation design frameworks,standardsand tools Lead the developmentofimplementation roadmaps outlining sequencing, risks, dependencies, and transition steps Provide insights andguidanceon people capability uplift,cultureand the workforce of the future,in collaboration with People and Safety teams,supporting strategic workforce planning and informing leadership, capability and cultural shiftsrequiredto deliverstrategic commitments Lead the design and optimisation of end-to-end business processes for priority initiatives, ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment to the enterprise operating model Establish and embed standards for operating model design and process architecture, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment across portfolios, programs, and projects Partner with change teams to ensure operating model and process changes are effectively communicated, adopted and embedded Stakeholder engagement & leadership Facilitate co-design workshops with Executives and senior leaders Coach leaders on operating model and organisation design best practice Partner closely with change,strategyand transformation teams to ensure alignment and adoption Build strong relationships across the organisation to enable successful delivery of transformation initiatives Key skills and experience: Degree qualificationin Businessor a related discipline Extensiveexperience in operating model design across People, Process, Information and Technology (PPIT) Extensive experience leading the design and delivery ofoperating models across complex organisations Substantial experience providing coaching and advice at a senior level in large/complex multi-disciplined commercial organisation(s) to build capability and enable behavioural and culture change Considerable experience in process design and architecture for complex operating model changesimpactingmultiple business units and or groups Highly developed interpersonal, stakeholder management, facilitation,communicationand presentation skills, with strong analytical andproblemsolvingcapability and the ability to influence at all organisational levels Demonstrates values and behaviours that support a constructive,highperformanceculture Management consulting experience leadinglargescaleoperating model change and the ability tofacilitateoutcomes aligned to organisational and customerobjectives(desirable) Apply: If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.
