We are looking for a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to own full cycle technical hiring for our APAC teams. You will recruit the technical talent who build our technology, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hires at the speed a fast paced scale up demands.

This is a hands on, senior recruitment role for someone who is deeply networked in the technical community, calm across competing priorities, and motivated by consistency, delivery and speed. You will join a newly forming talent acquisition team and play an important part in shaping how we hire and setting the standard for candidate experience as we grow.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable pitching in wherever the need is greatest and lifts the people around them.

Key responsibilities

  • Own technical hiring: Run full cycle recruitment for engineering, product, data and AI roles, from briefing through to offer and acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Work closely with technical leaders to define role requirements and run a sharp, consistent and structured process.
  • Source proactively: Build and nurture pipelines of specialist technical talent through direct sourcing, networking and referrals.
  • Deliver at speed: Move quickly and keep momentum across multiple roles, protecting the quality bar while reducing time to hire.
  • Champion candidate experience: Provide a respectful, well communicated experience that reflects the calibre of the company.
  • Use data: Track pipeline and hiring metrics, and use insight to improve speed, consistency and quality.
  • Work as one team: Collaborate openly across the talent acquisition team, sharing pipelines, candidates and insight, and stepping in across roles so the team delivers together.
  • Support the build: Contribute to hiring process, tooling and employer brand as the Head of Talent Acquisition establishes the function, and share what works so everyone improves.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in technical or engineering recruitment, in house or agency, ideally within technology, scale up or start up environments
  • Proven track record hiring specialist technical talent across software, data, AI or product
  • Strong direct sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools
  • Experience partnering with and influencing technical hiring managers
  • A strong personal network across the technical talent community
  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Data led, organised and comfortable working within an ATS (Experience with greenhouse w
