Job Description

Permanent, Full-Time & Hybrid Working.

The Admissions Adviser is responsible for contacting course enquirers, other potential students and graduates to discuss course options and enrolment procedures to maximise enrolments, establishing and maintaining positive relationships to secure enrolments across natural health and creative arts courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up on prospective student enquiries, using the Trusted Adviser framework to build rapport and progress enrolments.
  • Provide personalised advice on course options, study requirements, fees, and enrolment pathways to support informed decision-making.
  • Proactively engage applicants and partially enrolled students to drive enrolment completion and achieve KPIs/KPAs.
  • Build positive relationships with prospective students, delivering an exceptional experience throughout the enrolment journey.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance documentation while collaborating with internal teams to support student enquiries, reporting, and enrolment activities.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales, customer engagement, or target-driven environment.
  • Strong results focus, with the drive to set goals and consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Proven ability to convert leads through consultative conversations, presentations, and effective questioning techniques.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a structured approach to managing competing priorities.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering student-focused solutions.
