As an Enrolled Nurse in the Transitional Program, you will deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, building your clinical capability in a supportive environment.
Deliver and support assessment, planning and evaluation of patient care
Provide evidence-based care within professional and legal frameworks
Promote holistic, person-centred care aligned to patient needs and rights
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and advocate for patients

Essential Requirements:
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team

An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
