What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within the perioperative setting under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Deliver and support the assessment, planning and evaluation of patient care
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care within professional standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Communicate effectively with patients and families, advocating for their needs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support safe care delivery

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current and valid registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Selection Criteria:
1. Current Authority to Practice as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values
3. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
4. Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
5. Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues
6. Capacity to work seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays.
7. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an EndorEnrolled Nurse
