As an Enrolled Nurse at Tomaree Community Hospital, you'll work across both our inpatient ward and emergency department on a rotating roster, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients across the lifespan. This diverse role provides exposure to a broad range of clinical presentations, allowing you to expand your skills while working as part of a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team. Whether you bring experience in emergency nursing or are looking to further develop your clinical capabilities, you'll be supported every step of the way through a comprehensive orientation program and access to an on-site Nurse Educator. What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care across inpatient and emergency settings. You will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, medical officers and allied health professionals to support positive patient outcomes and deliver high-quality care. Your day may involve caring for patients with acute and chronic health needs, assisting with emergency presentations, supporting care planning and contributing to a positive patient experience. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for nurses who enjoy variety and continuous learning.

Essential Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Availability to participate in a rotating roster.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering safe, patient-centred care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
