Join the Team
Join our Unified Communications team as a Senior Product Owner and shape the strategy and performance of services that keep NSW Health connected.

You'll lead a statewide portfolio across voice, mobile, messaging, conferencing and clinical communications -driving service improvement, customer value and return on investment.

Working closely with operational leads, product owners, engineering managers and engineers, you'll set direction, align priorities and guide delivery across core communications and collaboration services.


In this role, you will:

  • Shape the product vision and roadmap for core platforms, applications and services, using customer insight and design thinking to align with organisational priorities.
  • Lead the lifecycle of complex statewide voice, conferencing, mobile and messaging services, providing expert guidance and strong operational oversight.
  • Own and prioritise the strategic product backlog, translating priorities into clear, actionable work items.
  • Lead and support product owners to deliver strong outcomes and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
  • Provide clear reporting and assurance to senior leaders on roadmap progress, performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with customers and key stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits, maximise value and strengthen return on investment.
