Land Display Sales Assistant & Administrator - Saturday & Sunday
Are you currently working in reception, administration, customer service, property or high-end retail and looking for a role you'll genuinely enjoy?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premium residential developer based in North Brisbane and become the welcoming face of a thriving residential community.
Based within a Land Sales Office located in a display village, you'll be the first point of contact for buyers visiting the estate. You'll welcome visitors, provide information about the development, introduce buyers to the display builders within the village and help ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, it's a customer-focused position that combines front-of-house reception, administration and relationship-building within the property industry.
You'll become the go-to person for the estate, developing a strong understanding of the development, builder offerings and exciting new terrace home products coming to market. You'll also play an important administrative role, accurately maintaining customer records within the CRM system and ensuring information is captured correctly to support future land contracts.
About You
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You are:
Friendly, professional and approachable
Organised and highly detail-oriented
Confident using computers and CRM systems
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Well-presented and articulate
Interested in property, construction or real estate
Everyone describes you as a people person. You enjoy building rapport, learning new information and making sure customers feel welcomed and looked after.
Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, display homes, property management, real estate administration, residential construction or high-end retail will be highly regarded.
A Real Estate Salesperson Certificate would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time position working Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week. Some flexibility during weekdays can be accommodated.
The current project has approximately 18-24 months remaining, with future projects planned. For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to build valuable experience within the property industry and potentially explore future career pathways within the business.
If you enjoy working with people, have strong administration skills and would love to be part of a premium residential development, we'd love to hear from you.
