Sales Estimator - New Homes - Loganholme

This is an opportunity to join a well-established residential builder with a strong pipeline of work, solid systems and a supportive team environment.

We are looking for a Sales Estimator who enjoys the detail of residential construction and can confidently work across plans, specifications, pricing and variations.

The role will involve:

Preparing sales estimates for residential homes
Reviewing plans, drawings and supporting documentation
Pricing variations and changes
Working with sales, drafting and construction teams
Maintaining accurate pricing and working to deadlines

We'd like to speak with people who have:

Residential estimating experience
Framework or similar estimating software experience
Good Excel and computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment

This could suit someone already working as a Sales Estimator, Production Estimator or similar who is looking for a stronger team, better systems or simply a fresh environment with a recognised builder.
