Safety, Compliance & Governance

  • Lead and promote a strong safety culture across all operations
  • Conduct safety meetings, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and compliance practices

Operations Management

  • Lead execution of operational activities, including resource planning, asset utilization, and inventory management
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety and operational standards
  • Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and performance
  • Provide technical support to teams and customers across job lifecycle
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with technical specifications

Customer & Business Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales teams on bids, pricing, and new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular service quality reviews with customers
  • Ensure customer requirements are translated into operational procedures
  • Drive business growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Financial Accountability

  • Own and manage the P&L for the assigned product line/geography
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance
  • Optimize resource utilization to improve EBITDA
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and contract requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of operations experience
  • 2+ years of P&L management experience
  • Proven experience managing field operations and project execution

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of operations, service quality, and sales integration
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Experience in a global or matrix organization
  • Familiarity with systems such as JDE, Hyperion, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, FieldFX (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
