WSP's Earth & Environment team is supporting complex and innovative projects that enhance and protect the natural environment while delivering sustainable infrastructure outcomes. Our Roxby location is going through an exciting period of change and growth, during this next phase we are looking for a strong Office Manager to provide administrative support and lead a positive culture project.

As an Office Manager, you'll:

  • Provide advanced administrative and coordination support across site operations
  • Coordinate workforce mobilisation, including site access, travel, and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective document control systems
  • Oversee data entry and reconciliation for invoices, delivery dockets, and expenses
  • Collate and distribute reports for site leadership and client requirements
  • Maintain site registers and document libraries, ensuring audit readiness
  • Liaise with project teams, safety personnel, and contractors to ensure smooth administrative operations
  • Support attendance tracking and reporting in collaboration with site teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior administrators where required


What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience (typically 4-8 years) in office management or site administration, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or resource-related projects
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Experience coordinating mobilisation, travel, and logistics for site-based teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, auditing processes, and site procedures
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
