About The Role

The Finance Systems Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the organization's financial systems, with a strong focus on Workday Financials and its integrations across the broader business ecosystem, including TM1, EPM, Data Warehouse, Payroll, and BlackLine. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of finance systems through ongoing maintenance, development, and support activities. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation of finance processes within Workday and related platforms, while providing both technical and functional support to finance users globally. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Corporate IT, People & Culture (P&C), and external vendors, the Finance Systems Analyst will help deliver sustainable system enhancements and business solutions. The role also supports critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities by ensuring system stability and reporting accuracy. Additionally, the position contributes to system governance, documentation, change management, and compliance with audit and control requirements, while undertaking other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

What You'll Do

Responsibility Area
System Administration and Support	Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting and configuration across Workday Financials and related systems. Maintain and monitor key integrations with upstream and downstream applications (e.g., TM1, Payroll, Data Warehouse, Blackline). Manage and test updates, new releases, and configuration changes within a controlled change management framework. Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation and system security alignment with governance policies.
Systems Development and Continuous Improvement	Identify and implement opportunities to streamline finance processes and automate workflows. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver system enhancements and new capabilities. Support the build and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics for finance and business users. Keep abreast of Workday and related system updates, promoting adoption of new features that add business value.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration	Work closely with Finance, Corporate IT, P&C, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment on system priorities. Translate business requirements into technical design and communicate system changes in clear business language. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring issues, risks, and dependencies are clearly managed. Facilitate testing, training, and change adoption across global business units.
Financial Close and Reporting	Provide system and reporting support for month-end and year-end processes. Assist the Finance team with reconciliations, reporting validation and intercompany or FX processes where required. Support audit and compliance activities, ensuring traceability of changes and adherence to controls.
Documentation and Governance	Maintain process documentation, configuration records, and user guides. Support compliance with system governance, including segregation of duties, security roles, and audit trails. Contribute to risk management activities and ensure ongoing alignment with company change control procedures.

• 3-5 years' experience in finance systems and accounting roles, Workday experience preferred.
• Proven experience in system administration, reporting, and stakeholder support.
