The Opportunity

SEE Civil is calling for expressions of interest from Civil Engineers - from Site to Project and Senior Project Engineers to join our growing team across the Sunshine Coast region for upcoming project work. In these roles, you'll be at the heart of project delivery.

From planning and coordinating key construction activities to monitoring technical performance on site, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects run safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You'll take ownership of quality assurance, project administration and financial reporting, while working closely with site teams to keep programs on track and milestones achieved.

Responsibilities will include
  • Ensuringeffective programming and construction methodologies
  • Project administration, planning and scheduling
  • Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuringproject compliance
  • Conducting quality assurance
  • Financial reporting and forecasting;
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Construction White Card
  • Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
  • Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
