About the role and where you'll be working: Juniper Waratah Lodge is a small residential home featuring 18 large private rooms with individualised support through person-centered care approach. Juniper Waratah Lodge prides itself on the close relationships built between our compassionate and respectful team of staff, residents, their families, and the local community. The home plays a vital role in the Great Southern region, ensuring that families remain close to their loved ones and stay connected within the community. As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans. Demonstrated experience in the mentoring and supervision of care staff and the awareness of AN-ACC required assessments is needed. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual passionate about this vocation to join the team. The ideal candidate should be available to work unplanned leave. This is a Full-time Fixed Term contract contract working 75 hours a fortnight until September 2026.
