Your Opportunity
Leading, preparing and coordination of multi discipline first principles tender estimates.
Location: Osborne Park, office will be moving into the CBD in 3Q
Your Key Responsibilities
* Estimate tender packages in accordance with Tender Procedure,
* Contribute to the execution methodology,
* Produce accurate, transparent and market competitive direct and indirect cost estimates consistent with the agreed execution methodology,
* Mentoring and upskilling a multi-discipline estimating team,
* Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure all required estimate data is received in a timely manner,
* Identify Project risks and opportunities and qualify or price as advised by the Bid Manager,
* Participate in Client tender presentations and tender clarification process as required,
* Prepare handover documentation to Project team for successful Project awards.
What You 'Can Do'
Skills and qualifications that are essential to the role
* Successful multi-discipline estimating experience in the WA Resources sector for project values ranging from $10m up to $1b.
* Construction contractor direct-hire labour, plant, and materials experience.
* Multi discipline EPC experience preferred.
* Degree qualified engineering, trade certificate or equivalent with relevant industry specific field experience.
* Proven success pricing and winning "First Principle" bids.
* Intermediate-Advanced user of Excel.
* Sound commercial acumen including understanding project cost and scheduling.

* Well-rounded communication-verbal/written and leadership ability.
* Excellent planning, logistics, time management and delivery skills.
* Ability to analyse and solve complex problems within a fast-paced environment.
