Job Description
In this full-time Theatre Receptionist role, based in East Melbourne, you will play a key role in supporting the perioperative team's daily operations. As part of the Perioperative Services team, you will provide front-line administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of theatre services. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0630 until 1430.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Perioperative Services, you will work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to deliver efficient, patient-focused service within a fast-paced surgical environment.

To be successful in this role...
You will bring exceptional customer service skills, acting as the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, and consistently creating a welcoming and professional experience for patients, visitors, and staff. You will be confident managing a range of administrative responsibilities, including data entry, financial processing, and general office coordination, supported by strong computer skills.
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach, building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
