What's the role?
This role sits within our Consumer Technology team and focuses on delivering complex transformation and migration initiatives across credit cards and payments.
You will operate as a hands-on delivery lead, working across both business and technology to drive outcomes end to end. This is not a traditional project management role. You will be expected to proactively move delivery forward, solve problems, and take ownership of your workstream in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Based in Sydney, this role works closely with key stakeholders across technology, product and operations to deliver large-scale change programmes.
What do I need?
- Strong experience delivering transformation or migration initiatives within credit cards, payments or schemes
- Ability to lead end-to-end delivery across both business and technology
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive outcomes without relying on direction
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on execution rather than ceremony
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capability within complex environments
