Join a Multidisciplinary Team Driving Real Outcomes
Ability Advocates is entering a major growth phase across Western Sydney.
We are currently based in Parramatta, with new offices opening in Blacktown (July) and Liverpool (October), and are expanding our allied health team to meet growing demand.
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist who wants more than a standard clinic-based role - someone interested in delivering meaningful outcomes across therapy, independence, and real-world participation.
Flexible permanent roles available from 1 day per week through to full-time.
The Model
This is not a high-volume therapy role.
You will work within a multidisciplinary, outcome-focused environment integrating:

- Occupational Therapy
- Psychology
- Employment and community programs
- Behaviour support pathways
We are intentionally structured to focus on:
- Functional communication in real-life settings
- Participation across home, community and workplace
- Long-term outcomes - not session-based throughput
Your Role
You will:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy across diverse presentations
- Work across Parramatta (current site) with opportunities in Blacktown and Liverpool
- Deliver services across clinic, community and (where appropriate) workplace settings
- Provide support across:
- speech, language and communication
- social communication and pragmatic skills
- AAC and functional communication supports
- Work with children, young people and adults (based on your preference)
- Contribute to outcome-based planning aligned to NDIS goals
- Collaborate closely with OTs, Psychologists and allied health assistants
- Support real-world outcomes including independence, inclusion and employment participation

Leadership pathways - senior clinician and team lead roles
About You
You are:
- A qualified Speech Pathologist (SPA eligible or registered)
- Experienced in disability, NDIS or community-based settings

- Open to multidisciplinary collaboration
Desirable
- Experience with AAC and complex communication needs
- Experience in neurodiversity, autism or psychosocial disability
- NDIS reporting and plan review experience
