Registered / Clinical Psychologist
Flexible permanent roles available from 1 day per week.
The Model
This is not a high-volume therapy service.
You will work within a multidisciplinary, outcome-focused model integrating:
- Psychology
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Pathology
- Employment and community programs
- Behaviour support pathways
We are intentionally structured to prioritise:
- Clinical quality over throughput
- Functional outcomes over session delivery
- Long-term participant outcomes across life domains
Your Role
You will:
- Deliver assessments, formulation and intervention across diverse presentations
- Work across Parramatta (current site), with options across Blacktown and Liverpool as services expand
- Deliver services across clinic, community, and (where relevant) workplace settings
- Support participants with disability, psychosocial and complex needs
- Contribute to outcome-focused planning aligned to goals
- Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team
- Provide guidance to allied health assistants and junior staff

- Salary aligned to experience and endorsement (pro-rata)
- Registered Psychologist: $110K-$130K
- Clinical Psychologist: $130K-$140K
- Established Parramatta base + Western Sydney expansion

About You
- AHPRA Registered or Clinical Psychologist
- Experience in disability, NDIS, or complex mental health
- Strong capability in assessment, formulation and intervention
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Interested in contributing to a developing, high-performing service
Desirable
- Trauma-informed practice
- Functional assessment and report writing experience
- Behaviour support experience or interest
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
