About the role
Want to work in a role that offers a opportunity to provide quality nursing care to patients and clients with a life limiting illness?

This role requires specific skills and knowledge in palliative care. You will be required to provide a client centred approach while offering a consultative service to families and carers.

This role will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop palliative care management plans, consult with family and carers and other care providers as required. You will provide care through face to face, telephone and telehealth to ensure equal access to all those with advanced life limiting illness.
