About This Opportunity

The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for managing all inbound sales enquiries and leads, converting interest into revenue through timely, professional engagement. This role focuses on qualifying prospects, closing standard deals in line with business KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams on larger or more complex opportunities to deliver strong customer outcomes and sustainable growth.


Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management

  • Manage and respond to all inbound sales leads across designated channels (e.g. web, email, phone, partners).
  • Qualify inbound opportunities efficiently to assess fit, needs, urgency, and commercial potential.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Sales Performance & Conversion

  • Own the sales process for inbound opportunities from first contact through to close.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed agreed closure rates and sales KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion through better qualification, follow-up, and customer engagement.

Collaboration on Larger or Complex Deals

  • Work closely with sales leadership and other divisions (e.g. Partnerships, Product, Operations, Finance) on higher-value or bespoke opportunities.
  • Support deal structuring, pricing discussions, and customer communications as required.
  • Ensure a smooth handover when deals move beyond standard inbound scope.

Client Communication & Experience

  • Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with all prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate product, pricing, and process information aligned to customer needs.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Inbound lead response time
  • Lead-to-close conversion rate
  • Revenue generated from inbound opportunities
  • CRM data accuracy and pipeline hygiene

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in commercial or business role
  • University Degree or any higher education in related area preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
