Investment Banking Associate - Financial Sponsors

We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
work closely with senior bankers to originate business with financial sponsor clients and their portfolio companies;
take responsibility for transaction execution across a range of live deals, including preparation of key marketing and transaction documentation;
coordinate across sector coverage and product teams to deliver transactions spanning M&A, leveraged and acquisition financing, and IPOs/equity capital markets;
play a leading role in executing complex, often cross-border transactions that are market-leading in scale and impact;
work collaboratively with junior bankers and help them develop both technical and project management skills; and
build and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors, portfolio companies and broader client networks
