About the Role
The Team Leader, Resource Sharing and Collection Development leads the delivery of timely, high-quality access to scholarly resources for UOW students and staff. This role oversees interlibrary loans, document delivery, subject readings, and acquisitions, ensuring efficient, user-centred services that support teaching, learning and research outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead resource sharing and collections workflows to ensure timely and seamless access to library materials
- Supervise staff and optimise service delivery across acquisitions, document delivery and subject readings
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to expand access to external resources
- Monitor performance data to drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency
About the Team
This role sits within the UOW Library, working closely with collections, systems, client services and partner institutions to deliver integrated access to scholarly resources. The team plays a critical role in ensuring the University community can discover, access and use information seamlessly across platforms and services.
What You'll Bring
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in library or information services
- Proven experience managing resource sharing, acquisitions or related library services
- Strong leadership capability with experience supervising staff in a service environment
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of interlibrary loan systems, standards and vendor platforms

Level 6/7 | $94,998 - $117,633 + 17% superannuation, commensurate with experience and capability
