Overview

OVERVIEWProvide day to day support/troubleshooting for all SMD finance related functionality for Publicis media agencies Starcom, Spark Foundry, Zenith, Razorfish (Performics), PMX, Atomic 212 and Resources.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Monitor the MSS Inbox & respond to queries in a timely manner

  • Report & document errors in the MediaOcean Support portal

  • Onboard new employees/manage terminations & transfers for SMD access

  • Manage AQ allocations

  • Perform bi-annual user access audits

  • Maintain Spectra MD masterfiles (excluding Client ), for set up of Medium, Creditor and Product codes

  • Maintain ALTAIR conversions

  • Troubleshoot SAP posting issues

  • Perform updates of client booking data including service fee, commission, commission rebate, AASC, PO, Approval Number over-rides

  • Troubleshoot WebRDS issues

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

  • Raise IT Service Requests for Spectra MD/IT related issues

  • Update ALTAIR (SAP) user access

KEY COMPETENCIESExperience/Qualifications

  • 1+ years Spectra MD experience

  • Customer support or service experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory

  • Exposure to SAP highly regarded

Skills (including technology)

  • Spectra MD

  • Microsoft Office

  • Basic IT literacy
