We are offering a 6-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with and supportExecutive-level management, predominantly supporting our Director Partnerships& Engagement, and Director Innovation & Impact.

The ExecutiveAssistant will play an integral role in maintaining the Institute's reputation througheffective planning, communication and execution of key tasks. This role willalso collaborate and communicate with a diverse range of internal and externalstakeholders at all levels.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Preparing and formatting documentation including correspondence, board and executive reports.

  • Managing all phone and email requests, prioritising urgent matters and actioning accordingly.
  • Extensive diary management including organising complex meetings and commitments.
  • Event and travel management, including booking flights, accommodation and catering.
  • Preparation of executive agenda, papers, minutes and actions to allocated committees as required.

Convenientlylocated at Perth Children's Hospital, this short-term position is requireduntil 24 December 2026.

This diverse and dynamic role will suit someone withexcellent communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, complex environmentmanaging multiple priorities whilst interacting at senior levels of theInstitute with confidence.

Along with this, your application must also be able todemonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative support to an Executive or senior leadership team.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, prioritising administrative tasks and systems, including managing competing tasks efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met under pressure.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to show initiative and creativity in problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
