Required Skills and Experience:

Professional Degree qualified Engineer.

5+ years of Requirements Engineering experience, ideally in a Defence ICT-centric project or in sustainment.

Have experience and understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Ability to take requirements, standards and frameworks and apply in a practical application to future proposed designs and systems.

Experience developing / producing approved Function and Performance Specification(s) and Interface Requirement Specifications.

Experience working with CASG SPOs and within CASG Engineering

Management Systems.

Ability to work in a team environment, participate in project meetings and engage with both business and technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills and Experience

10+ years of Requirements Engineering experience

Experience working within the Defence environment

Experience working with installation of systems into Military Platforms

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas;

Excellent written and speaking capability, with a well-developed ability to liaise effectively with and influence stakeholders.
