Working with the Home Affairs ICT project delivery team to develop and monitor progress against project schedule, project milestones, and project deliverables;

Coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, and progress reporting;

Updating project budget and monthly forecast in Departments financial systems;

Ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost;

Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions;

Participating in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule;

Producing required project artefacts as required by the CISG Project Management Office;

Understanding the technical constraints of the CIDARIS tool;

Understanding the Departmental test/development environments, and the ASN and PROTECTED Networks;

Ensuring the agreed project deliverables are delivered within the set timeframe;

Assisting the Section in setting up a PMO.
