Geospatial Suppport officer

Essential criteria

1.- Experience with Esri software suite, particularly ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, ArcGIS Online (AGOL) or ArcGIS Enterprise. o Experience managing geospatial platform or systems would be preferred. - Experience or knowledge of geospatial data management best practice and advice. - Experience or ability to manage and respond to user support requests, related to, software licensing, software access, and general geospatial advice in a timely manner. o Experience with ITIL or client support practices would be advantageous. - Ability to upskill staff in use and management of AGOL/ArcGIS Enterprise and desktop software. - Ability to communicate effectively with geospatial users or varying ability, IT providers and the public.

Desirable criteria

1.- Experience with python, ENVI, FME, QGIS is desirable but not essential. - Experience integrating ESRI within Power BI or other applications (desirable).
