- Message Transfer Agents
- Microsoft Skype administration
- Carry phone, be on an on-call roster
- Experience with XMPP chat tools
- Expertise with Lotus Domino products
- Experience with VoIP trunking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Nutanix, Fortinet family of software, Cisco networking, HYKU, Citrix, Microsoft products, Titus, Liquidware, Ivanti, Red Hat, Tanium, Netbox, Carbon Black, ICINGA system monitoring, and Prometheus.
Previous Minerva experience is desirable.
