Overview

we are seeking experienced D365 Developers responsible for the functional to technical mapping, data analysis and integration mappings whilst also developing, configuring, customising, supporting, deploying and maintaining a Dynamics 365 solution. You should be versatile and proficient across a wide range of D365/Azure/Power platform/Azure Service Bus/Logic Apps practices, including model and canvas app development. The Department is looking to enhance its automated deployment capabilities and strives to work in a low code/no code environment as much as possible.

The successful candidate/s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent solution delivery
• Create and update technical design documents and as build documentations

• Managing the development lifecycle from end-to-end through the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution
• Configure Microsoft Data verse and create apps by using Microsoft Power Apps including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Portal Apps
• Utilise the out of the box features of Dynamics 365 such as workflow automation/Power Automate, report wizards, import/export capabilities, service management dashboard, queue management, service level agreements
• Integrating of Microsoft Power Apps with other apps and services
• Conduct data analysis for entity model design and build, identify and incorporate data rules within the applications context, data mappings and integration mappings
• Develop quality, fit-for-purpose applications and services including custom workflows, plug-ins and various integrations
• Work closely with the testers and project team to ensure DevOps items are being managed to meet timeframes, timely development sprints are achieved, and defects are resolved
• Work in an agile methodology operating environment to develop Dynamics 365 based solutions including deployment and monitoring

Essential requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment of Dynamics 365 systems
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
• Good knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and processes including continuous integration/continuous development, test driven development, and automation
• An innovative and adaptable mindset in delivering solutions using Agile, while learning and iterating frequently

• Demonstrated experience in consuming Azure services - including, but not limited to the following:

• Infrastructure as a service (IaaS)
• React JS and logic apps experience
• Serverless Compute - Azure Functions, Web Apps
• Storage BLOB and File
• Integration - Service Bus and Event Hub
• Identity - Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Azure B2C
• API Management (APIM)
• Azure Logic Apps

• Azure Service Bus

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of development/technologies associated with Dynamics 365 (e.g. Workflows, Cloud Flows, Power Automate, Plug-Ins, Client Side, Power BI etc)
• Experience in web application development
• Working with development tools such as Git, Azure DevOps
• Experience in implementing Microsoft Power Virtual Agents chatbots
• Experience with API or rest services integrations and data migration
• Experience in Angular 6+, C#, HTML, CSS and Web APIs
• Understanding of Power Apps AI Builder
• Experience using .Net Frameworks 4.7 and .Net Core
• Experience in programming using ASP.Net, C#, MVC, LINQ, JQuery, HTML, JSON, Java Script, XML and vue.JS
• Knowledge of SSIS Toolbox
