Role Description

(Activity/Services that must be performed)

The Supplier Personnel must provide the following Services:

• Manage the full product lifecycle to ensure the needs of users continue to be met
• Prioritise product requirements and own the product backlog
• Coordinate trials and functionality launches and support communication and training
• Anticipates changes in user needs
• Creates product retirement and transitioning plans
• Lead conversations around technical requirements
• Functionality assessment, categorising and triaging and management of backlog
• Lead conversations around technical requirements
• Stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge transfer to internal APS staff
• Other tasks as directed

Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements

The Supplier Personnel must have the following skill sets:

• ITIL and technical knowledge;
• Service management knowledge;
• Previous experience in a product owner/technical roles
• The Supplier Personnel must meet the criteria required for the SFIA code/s and level and have the appropriate skills to carry out the services required.
