Essential Criteria
Significant experience in product development and/or as a Business Analyst.
Experience designing and or implementing modules of ServiceNow in a large organisation.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and arguments to a variety of audiences.
Proven ability to harness information, exercise sound judgement and make recommendations under pressure.
Desirable Criteria
Designing ServiceNow implementations in a Australian Government (federal or state) organisation
Designing technical program level activities with ServiceNow partners in a collaborative agile delivery approach
Experience as Technical lead in large ServiceNow platform implementations
Certification in Servicenow design or implementation eg Application Specialist, Architect, implementor or System Administrator
