Data Migration Project Management Services
The Data Migration Project Manager resource will report to the Principal Program Director and will be required to:
Review Data Migration Strategy and develop/maintain Data Migration plan including scope, schedule, cost, quality, organisation, communication, staffing, risk and issue management.
Work with solution architect(s) and developers to design and implement all components of the data migration solution, including ensuring appropriate socialisation and approval.
Ensure Customer needs are met and managed at all times.
Preparation of project artefacts as required by the Program Delivery Manager.
Effective planning, monitoring and management throughout project lifecycle.
Provide support and direction to the team.
Maintain healthy communication channels internally and externally.
Identify potential conflicts or issues and proactively manage project changes.
Ensure project is driven at all times.
Preparation and delivery of project management reports for senior management.
Manage the data migration schedule and resources.
