Requirement

Capability and Capacity of personnel:

Any potential seller will need to maintain, or have access to, a pool of suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the duration of the contract, provided on an ad hoc basis, where any Specified Personnel meet the required skillset outlined below:

• o Ability to plan, develop, configure, administrate, maintain and support of Desktop Cyber Security solutions this includes, but is not limited to:

• implementation of Endpoint Protection solutions such as EDR and Application Control (e.g. Defender, Carbon Black), including time-limited PoCs

• drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures

• optimising solution performance and resolving conflicts between security and monitoring tools within the desktop

• o Experience with Windows desktops and applications

• o Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop (XenDesktop)

• o Experience with Microsoft Application Virtualization (AppV, MSIX App Attach) or Citrix Virtual Applications (XenApp)

• o Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/MECM/SCCM)

• A proven ability to clearly communicate complex, both technical and non-technical, concepts to a broad range of stakeholders, both written and oral.

• A proven ability of good technical and analytical/troubleshooting skills
