Requirements of the Role:
Tasks include, but may not be limited to;
Leading and Managing a small team of competent Engineering practitioners
Planning and Execution of the project Engineering Program
Engineering engagement with Industry as part of a holistic contract management approach
Liaising with internal and external project stakeholders
Providing balanced and reasoned advice to the Project Leadership on the Engineering Program
Oral and written briefings to project/program leadership
Review for acceptance of contract deliverables within scope of competence
Supporting or executing whole of system level certification activities
Training and mentoring junior project personnel

Essential Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering (or Engineers Australia recognised equivalent)
Highly Desirable:
Formal qualifications in Communications, or other technology specifically relevant to tactical data links
Postgraduate qualification(s) in a relevant field
