With a strong focus on stability, reliability, and trust, you'll play a key role in keeping platforms running safely and smoothly, always aligned to agreed service standards. You'll be part of a close-knit Customer Solutions team, co-creating and supporting customer products that deliver simple, intuitive, and meaningful experiences. Your work will directly contribute to helping customers feel supported and empowered, while also enhancing operational efficiency across Jemena's Gas and Electricity networks. Working hand-in-hand with business stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships and shared understanding, using agile ways of working to bring the most important priorities to life.
