Plant Operator / Leading Hand - Landfill

What you'll be doing

• Operating a range of machinery across landfill to manage waste, including front loader, skid steer and forklift.
• Operate Heavy Rigid trucks on site.
• Assist in ensuring the cost effective and safe processing of product destruction material.
• Supervise the team and ensure allocation of work is conducted in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible
• Completing pre-starts, safety paperwork and timesheets.

What you'll bring

• Heavy Rigid (HR) driver license and High-Risk Work (HRW) licence is essential.
• Ticket and experience with Front Loader, Forklift and Skid Steer is desired.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience as a plant operator; landfill or waste facility is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on environment
