Project Administrator
The UGL Utilities team designs, constructs and maintains critical infrastructure across the water and power sectors. Ranging from wastewater treatment plants to power stations. We design and construct the following assets; power generation, transmission lines, substations, electrical distribution networks, water and waste water treatment plans and water pipelines.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of major utilities projects. This is a site-based role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of project operations through high-quality administrative, financial, and coordination support.
This role is based at our site in Neerabup, approximately 30 mins north of the Perth CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team
Manage purchase orders, SAP entries, and material procurement processes
Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and site consumables
Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and reporting data
Support payroll processes, including timesheet administration
Assist with travel bookings and mobilisation of staff and contractors

Reconcile financial data and maintain cost tracking systems
Requirements to be successful:
Strong administrative experience in a project or construction environment
Proficiency with MS Office and systems such as SAP
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, site-based environment
