At Jetstar, we're always looking for smarter ways to deliver value for our customers and drive commercial performance. As a Senior Product Analyst, Ancillary Flight Products, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we design, optimise and grow our ancillary product portfolio.

Sitting within our Commercial & Insights team and partnering closely with product specialists and senior stakeholders, you'll turn data into clear, actionable insights that influence product design, pricing, and customer strategy. You'll analyse customer behaviour, track product performance, and uncover opportunities to improve both customer experience and overall profitability across our portfolio.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting the dots across data and commercial outcomes, and contributing to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support Jetstar's continued growth.

As a Senior Product Analyst, your focus will include:

• Analysing customer behaviour and product performance from large databases to identify opportunities and unlock new revenue streams.
• Ensuring our product portfolio meets customer needs across every market and channel.
• Developing the Ancillary Revenue commercial strategy across product, pricing and experience.
• Tracking and forecasting portfolio performance against P&L targets.
• Monitoring our competitive position across both Domestic and International networks.
• Applying rigorous testing and experimentation methodologies to drive positive outcomes.

About You

We're searching for someone who:

• Has experience in an analyst role with a background in economics, business, finance, strategy or data science.
• Brings strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understands commercial drivers and P&L performance.
• Is comfortable working with large and complex datasets.
• Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively and independently.
• Has experience with Power BI, SQL or Python (highly regarded).
