Projects
Defence, infrastructure, renewables, marine and ports, private education, commercial, residential and industrial developments
What You'll Be Doing
Providing expert cost advice across all stages of construction projects, from early feasibility through to final account
Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and financial reports
Supporting procurement processes and contract administration
Helping clients maximise value while managing cost risks and financial decisions
Monitoring budgets, risks and financial performance
Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
Conducting site visits to maintain project insight and delivery alignment
What You'll Bring
Experience in estimating and cost planning within a consultancy or PQS environment
Familiarity with Australian construction legislation, standards and procurement frameworks
Proficiency in cost-management software and reporting tools
AIQS or RICS accreditation (or working towards it)
Ability to present cost advice clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
Ambition to progress toward Senior QS level
