We are currently inviting TJX Australia Associates & External Candidates to express their interest in Loss Prevention Associate opportunities across our Melbourne Central & West stores for 2026, including - Albury, Bourke Street, Braybrook, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Millers Junction, Northland, Point Cook, Spencer Street, Watergardens, Wendouree, Werribee.

About the Role
As aLoss Prevention Associate,you'llplay a key role in protecting our stores and customers. Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager,you'll:
Maintain store security and minimise shrinkage.
Respond to incidents and reduce criminal activity.
Ensure compliance with operational security systems.
Build strong relationships with store teams and promote policy adherence.
Deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding our brand.
WhatWe'reLooking For
Previousexperience in Loss Preventionis essential but notrequired.
Strong customer service skills (Retail or Hospitality experience preferred).
A current Australian driver's licence and access to a motor vehicle.
