The Opportunity
We're growing our Building Services team in Melbourne and are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our established and well-connected Property & Buildings group. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, from major commercial developments through to complex infrastructure and emerging sectors like data centres. You'll play a key role in delivering mechanical building services designs across a variety of projects, working alongside experienced engineers and supportive leadership.
What you'll do
- Mechanical design for HVAC and building systems
- End-to-end project delivery from concept to completion
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Property & Buildings
- Take ownership of technical quality, coordination and documentation
- Work directly with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and mentoring to graduate engineers

Contribute to project planning, risk management and delivery outcomes
About you
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- 3+ years' experience within building services consulting
- Developing technical capability across HVAC systems and building services design
- Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
- Confident supporting design packages and engaging with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
