Business Intelligence & Billing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Business Intelligence & Billing Manager. This role is responsible for leading data analytics and reporting across Service Operations, while ensuring seamless coordination, accurate administration, and high-quality service delivery. The position is based in Bangholme, Victoria.
What You'll Do
Lead data analytics and reporting across Service Operations, delivering accurate and actionable insights to support business performance
Design and manage KPI frameworks and performance reporting, providing clear visibility of operational efficiency and service outcomes
Develop and maintain client-facing reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Partner with internal stakeholders to support planning, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on cost-to-serve (FOPS), workflow simplification, and operational efficiency
Oversee job closure and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations
Optimise billing practices and implement effective controls to maximise revenue capture and minimise leakage
Ensure accurate administration, including invoicing, purchase orders, and ERP data management
Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Service teams to align reporting and performance outcomes
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and consistent service delivery
What You'll Bring
Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, analytics, or a related discipline
Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence within a service environment
Sound financial acumen, including experience with invoicing, costings, billing processes, and purchase orders
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across reporting and financial outputs
A collaborative and professional approach, with the ability to build strong working relationships
