Club Lounge Supervisor
As a The Ritz-Carlton Club Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of The Ritz-Carlton Club and be responsible for ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. Your role will include handling special guest requests, managing communications, and coordinating with various departments to address and resolve issues.
Please note that this role requires Full-Time working rights in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Club to maintain high standards of service.
- Respond to special requests and ensure guest satisfaction by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers for services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and the surrounding area, including special events and activities.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and requests. Contact relevant departments to resolve issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Review shift logs and daily memos, documenting pertinent information and ensuring any outstanding requests from the previous day are prioritized.
- Monitor and order general office supplies as needed.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports from guests.

- Relevant experience in a similar role
